  • Newcastle tickets.

On QPR.org a Newcastle fan has said they have got lots of tickets in Block X already by becoming members of QPR, what a joke they will have thousands in ground and QPR just take the extra money on membership sales.

Yeah, I've read his posts, (shearers boots)
I would say, with 99% certainty, that he's full of s**t.

There might be a few NUFC fans dotted about, but not whole blocks of them.

But how do you stop that? Applying geographical restrictions would be inaccurate. Some QPR fans live hundreds or even thousands of miles from Loftus Road, so if we were denied the right to purchase membership due to this long distance, that would be discriminatory?

I can only think of this solution: cross-referencing the applicant's submitted personal information with the ST/membership databases of other clubs. Then again, not all fans participate in ST/membership schemes, some just buy tickets anonymously and pay in cash or is it now prohibited?

Will definitely kick off if there are Newcastle fans in South Africa Rd or the Loft.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

...........or anywhere except the School End.

Tension will be high, could get very nasty with little rucks all over the ground.

Especially if they start mouthing off or getting a little too animated.

Didn't we hear all this before when Stoke were going for the play offs, how they were bringing thousands and had tickets all over the ground ?
Turns out they barely filled the school end. Scaremongering me thinks.

They showed up a plenty over that evening around Hammersmith and Bush though. They took a few liberties.

I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If true, one would have thought that the Club might have become a little suspicious - I mean why would anyone pay a season's membership fee with only a few games to go? And with an address in the North East?

Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase day - any date.

Just suppose we need something from that game to stay up......i don't know if many rangers fans would be too happy about about having a celebrating geordie anywhere near them..
