you're absolutely right. we should boo him every time he touches the ball. make sure he knows how we feel about him, the b*stard. and DEFINITELY don't applaud him when he gets forward and puts in a couple of beautiful crosses that no-one gets on the end of, AGAIN. and definitely sing "let him die" when he gets pole-axed going for a ball that no other player in the squad would consider going for.
we should also give him the bird when he has the temerity to come over and acknowledge the fans at the end of the match - just who does he think he is?!
in fact, what we should probably do, is highlight ramage at the end of the game as all that is wrong with the side, regardless of how he played...
OR...
we could acknowledge that he may not be Dani Alves, but he really isn't the worst right back the world has ever seen, and support the player when he's got the hooped shirt on. Radical, but it might catch on...
Ramage is a CB right? Wonder how he would do in his favorite position? He definitely has no problem getting stuck in and his attitude is spot on.
Now is not the time for experimenting but I would like to see him get a few games there in pre season.
Agree with this view on Ramage...because a couple of high profile posters/Q blockers said he was poor, many followed suit, rather than challenge the view.
Baaaa!
that isn't the reason he gets stick. He is not good enough really.
He cost us the 3 points. He was no way near Tommy Spurr and gave him so much time to put a pin point cross in for their equaliser.
It's unbelievable how so many Rangers fans accept dross and average performances. if you boost his ego then he'll be back next season. We need him out of the club or we won't move forward next season. You stick with him in the side and next year will be like this season.
Youve changed your tune you were kissing his #### on the golf day
Doing that and he stays next season. And next season will be more dross and average performances and certainly NO chance of going up. I have high expectations. I forked out a lot of money for my season ticket and go to all the away games and I am sick to death of watching average performances from the players. Ramage is a good example of why we are in our position in the league.
Really? i was under the impression the Neil Warnock decides who stays and who goes for next season? i didn't realise the squad selection had in fact changed to an X-factor style vote system based on who gets the most chants during the match...
RUN, MWEPU, RUN! CHARGE FORTH AND BOOT THAT BALL DOWNFIELD MY BOY, YOU MAGNIFICENT CHAMPION YOU!
Youve changed your tune you were kissing his #### on the golf day
It was a wind up for people like you! D'oh!
And for the record I didn't have a conversation with him otherwise I would have ended up telling him what I thought of him as a football player. At least he is good at golf! Better than he is at football!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.
I agree ramage may have been at some fault for the goal but why didnt hill challenge him at the back post. Also apart from that one thing ramage played well, much better than our so called captain. Also he actually created more chances than the wonder player Tarabt who was marked out of the game.
Ramage - QPR Player of the Year 2009/10 - just wait and see!!
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!
starting to wonder if hammersmithr was the gezzer digging ramage out after the game/
T'was not me. Someone who sits behind the goal. I am to the right. To be honest not sure who it was aimed at. There's always a good few in the Loft giving Ramage grief when he makes a costly mistake.
