  • Loyalty...? Merged Threads

Season ticket prices were prob. the best we were going to get, imho, no comment really to make.
Someone, though, mentioned about no reward for loyalty, i.e. early bird prices for everyone? No specific benefits for putting up with this season's rubbish and still being prepared to renew?
And what about all the loyalty points being amassed -- another loyalty points evening? I know some people have mentioned that they would have preferred some sort of ST discount relating to the loyalty points they've gained.
Anyone know what is going to be done with the loyalty points this season?

A reasonable request Swanley, but what was the intention of the loyalty points ?
If only to ensure the most loyal got 1st dibs on 'big match' tickets or Cup Final (ha !) or away games with tiny allocations, then it could have worked, but didn't as it turned out.

But, the only loyalty rewarded is a 10% reduction (maybe rising to 15%) based on last season initial price.

You're right, it would been nice to have done something extra for all those with high points accumulated. ie. Those that go to most away games rather than most home games only.

I believe Ishan and Amit are doing things with integrity and honesty, thats the big difference for me.

Not sure they are aware that deal for early birds are normally for exisitng season ticket holders.

The loyalty points system was brought in based on the perceived success, where in fact they would have been invaluable. As it goes, those loyalty points have benefitted no-one least of all the ones that have accrued them.

And the loyalty scheme was probably designed with all good intent & purpose. It just didn't turn out that way.
And i write as someone who does not have as many loyalty points as some.

Will the club do anything for those fans with many loyalty points?

Otherwise, this season has been totally worthless collecting them.

Don't know, but it looks like the club are more focused on fans with low or no loyalty points.

They know we'll keep going regardless.

                        Exactly.

They want to focus on getting new bums on seats and try to convert them into regulars. They know the long time fans will be here until they die so no need to focus on them especially.
