I really hope not. I will really miss the fixture down to the south coast. Its only a 1 hour drive from London and the ground has incredible facilitys. I got served straight away as the counter for food and drink goes all the way along behind the goal in the away section. I also quite like the fans and I can understand there frustration. I really hope they survive this as it would be a real shame to lose them.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I also read the they might get more than ten points deduction
Feel sorry for the southampton fans as it's a club i've never had any real problems with in the past

the situation is dire, but i would take this 8 day deadline with a pinch of salt. Living in Southampton at present i've spoken to many fans who are fairly confident of a buyout by a consortium at the end of the season.Win or lose, on the booze

it won't happen.
their palyers are already planning some "jobs" and have a few experienced hands to call on...
10pts off from next season could be increased due to the sickening pitch invasion v burnley, where missiles where fired into the crowd..
the police and fa etc...should investigate and more pts or ground closure of heavy fine could be imposed...grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!
