  • Gorkks

I know many on here rate the guy but ive come to the conclusion that he's very average.
He has no pace at all and looks clumsy. Surely NW will replace him if we are serious about doing things next season.

looked very solid last season but hasnt had a very good one this yr.could be down to the circus surrounding the club.still think we should keep him.would be decent back up

Gorkss, like Connolly needs consistency. He also needs a proper captain and a keeper with authority. The best CBs are either captains or are led by great captains.

I think he is over-rated and have said so before.

Many will point him going out of position to cover for other defenders, I see that as a weakness. All managers will tell you to stay in your position.

Saying that he does make terrific interceptions sometimes, but if he fails to make the tackle than it leaves us exposed. No disputing his quality at times, but during our bad period he wasn;t that great and didn't have a good game at Preston

            Shockingly slow.

Not a top quality CCC CB that's for sure.

I maintain that I think Stewart will be the surviving member of our back four next season. I just see him as a no nonsense centre half in the Warnock mould with Connolly to be used as a utility player more so.

I agree - Warnock has been successful with Claude Davis so why not Damion?

Connolly's versatility is actually his downfall.

Gorkks - is he this weeks Priskin or Ramage ?
Why do we have to continually have someone to criticise / moan about ?
He is a quality player going through a dip in form as most have this season.
A bit of support wouldn't go a miss.
Manager's tell you stay in position ? What even when your full backs are hopeleslly out of position you should not attempt to cover ???? Laughable.

I've been thinking for a while but didn't want to annoy any Gorkss fans, he is good, but he is clumsy and a fair few goals are because of him.

Not a bad player, but hes not my kind of defender.
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Hev would still be a poor player at the level we need to be. The whole back line needs replacing.
