I would not have thought Tosic was a view for a signing next year..

We have 7 games to go and suspect its just to have a look at him. You'll right I don't know Warnock's thinking, but he did say he wanted a target man and I suspect he wanted one, but timeframe and wages prevented that.
Thats what I thought warnock was referring to, when he said with a view to a perm. not a left back who has it all to prove.

Guess we will look at Volz for the same reasons, doesn't mean they will be here next season though.

Thought on top of Warnock's shopping list was a left back from Palace, but I could be wrong

Hill will not be here next year, Tosic might well be, so why not get him in see how he does? You preached about Watson and a loan before buying him, now we done it with a left back (who everyone said we need to strenghen) and now you are on his case? He hasnt kicked a ball for us, had 1 session with the team so obviously he isnt going to start, and rightly so. He will probably start next game.

Strangely, Pete's line with previous signings has been to ask that they are given a chance to settle in, get some games to prove themselves, and generally be fair to them rather than get on their backs.

I certainly don't remember him criticising signings of hundreds of midfielders when we were all screaming for a striker.

What on earth has changed with Tosic????

he might have only one days training, but he's been training for Swansea for a while.

I'm just making the point we have Matt Hill (okay not setting the world alight), but games are not won or lost based on having a superb left back and hardly worth it now. We are probably wasting money already on Hall, Ageymang and Quashie

If its a view to a permanant than fair enough, but thats something I doubt bearing in mind the list in Warnock's head.

Warnock said himself that any loan player he gets in before the deadline is with a view to a permanent contract. So Tosic could well be our new left back for next season and will probably start on Saturday

Warnock has a list for next season not this, not sure that you think its important to have another left back who we were are probably grooming for the World Cup and another player added to the wage bill for what reason?

If he signs permanantly then I'll eat my hat, that would be the reason to ,loan someone now, nothing else.

Exactly.I suspect cover for rest of season and maybe have a look at for next season.Maybe once we appear safe and he is match fit, he may play in place of hiLL.
