Chris Hughton for me by a street.

Single handedly turned around a massive massive disaster zone that many predicted would slip through this division downwards.

Kept all the egos in check (except one recent fracas), persuaded some big big players (Gutierrez, Butt and Taylor) to give it one season and focussed the players on the job in hand rather than the circus going on around the club. Given NUFC back some stability and taken the heat off Llambias and Ashley.

Can't be underestimated what a top, top job he's done there.

Hughton by a country mile, no arrogance, no ****iness just got on quietly with a very difficult job that a lot wouldn't be able to handle ! Why though he thought he needed one size is beyond me and 2.2 for Routledge is questionble but otherwise a brilliant season !

For me it's quite clear. Which of the above has taken 3 sides and made them top 6 contenders very quickly whilst building his own side and making them work his way?

          Billy Davies.
