Beattie would defo be a possibility, one of his mates plays for my Sunday team and he told me a month ago he wants to return south after his fall out with Pullis and a move to Fulham didnt go through in time on deadline day.
If that deal is not resurected then hopefully he will come to us.
Apparently he is a great character and leader in the dressing room, just what we could do with I'd say.
