Regardless of him returing, if you had the option would you extend his stay for another season?

to be fair im pretty outspoken over SDC as i think he is quite underrated, and if we played to his strengths he could do very well at this level.......
re: another season, it depends who takes over as manager.
If Warnock gets the job then it will be HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOF football and hence pointless SDC being here as thats not his game and never will be....
if however we were to be playing flowing, passing football with a young quick striker (Miller,Campbell,Beckford etc.) alongside SDC who could link up and find SDC in the box he could quite easily score double figures for us and be a valuable squad player....
its all academic anyway really as he wants off back to his family, and a career in Serie A....

If Warnock is our manager, don't expect Lopez, Buzsaky, Taarabt, Ephraim in midfield.
Instead, expect a glut of tall forwards who will head the ball after it sails over the midfield.
Warnock's really worked wonders with Palace, hasn't he?
Oh no...wait a minute...Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Absolutely no way would i keep him.Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

they used wingers to attack the fullbacks and find SDC in the penalty area where he is effective and from the viewings this season when found in the area he will hit the target
