My choice is Speroni. If James is 38/39 how much has he left in him, knowing that GKs play longer also what age was David Seaman when he retired playing?

Even if he only has 1 season in him thats more than enough to get us to the promise land, and and I don't mean La liga Robbo!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Don't disagree with that alternatively we could sign a keeper who we take into the Premiership who is good enough for the Premiership - Westwood at Coventry springs to mind. Speroni arguably is better than some Premiership keepers as will Joe Lewis in a season or two. Scott Loach is another good keeper not mentioned by anyone.

Joe Lewis or Andy Lonergan either one would be a great signing

The longer he stays under the spotlight the longer he'll stay at Palace. Unfortunately for them the one man who knows how good he is no longer manages them and is more than likely keen to sign him given half the chance.
