  • Is there anything Warno couldn't...

    get away with..?

I'm not knocking it because its great to see Rangers fans finally behind a manager but its interesting with a few decisions that are clearly not popular (Priskin obviously, but also leaving Bent out and not giving Buz much of a chance) nobody is actually saying anything critical about the boss. If that were Hartford or Hart you can just imagine the "you don't know what you're doing" chants. I find some of Warno's decisions a bit mystifying too but I suppose none of us want to give him a hard time because we believe/ hope he sees the bigger picture. Even with Priskin...

This is the midfield I would like to see and as it appears that Priskin has to start, take your pick who plays up front with him.

    Buzz - Faurlin - LegsofWood - Cook
    Priskin
plus one other from Simpson, TwoBall - Bent - German, Vine, Balanta................

    (Just added Simpson)

      Simpson is fit for tonight?????
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

What about Tabs? I'd either play Bent up front with Simo or Tabs just behind Simo. If Bent plays then Tabs on the left in place of Cook for me. Otherwise I'm with you on Buzz, Faurlin and Legsofgold.

I think the difference here is trust.

I, along with many other fans it seems, trust NW more than any manager since Ollie. Couple that with the fact Flabbio is no longer here to influence...I think we have beliefe once again.

Let's be honest, as nice as it would be, the playoffs are out of the question, so as long as NW keeps us up, I see no reason why he shouldn't test a few different formations and lineups. Now, we can see Priskin isn't great, but I have seen him before and know he is very, very skillful and players like that are capable of changing a game. We don't get to see what the boys are like in training so I can only assume that Tamas is showing promise behind closed doors. Warnock has never been one to pick players on reputation etc., so I'm 100% behind every decission he makes.

          In Warnock, we trust.
          Your mum would love me...

Cook has to play because he gives us natural width and holds his position providing options and does look like he is coming into form.
Hogan - not good enough, to lightweight and to many flicks.
Twoball - For me, the only option is behind Simpson, so where does Priskin play ?

              Cook should definately play tonight.

He is the best left winger in the team and should play.

I would be tempted to play Bent with Simpson to get on the end of cookies excellent deliverys. We need other options and be less 1 dimensional

Tabs = TwoBall (One for him and one for every one else)

I'd rather watch a showponny than a workhorse any day of the week, but guess it comes down to personal taste.

The combination of the 2 is the best option but then we have never had a sir les ferdinand in the last 15 years you just have to make do.

Call me old fashioned, but I aint that fussy and don't care if i am watching a Showponny or Workhorse, I only care about 3 points.

I think that after some of the embarrassing results earlier in the season, that's a very sane outlook.

                            Spot on.

Other than Reading away (which with the form they are in was always going to be tough) the results have been promising and on the whole the decisions made have been what I've expected.

Whilst results are going well I'm not surprised that Warnock is persisting with Priskin over the inexperienced German or the out of sorts Vine.
