  • Where did all the extra fans come from

For those who went does the gate sound right dint think we would get anywhere near that and Swans had 1687, or are the club making it look like crowds are coming back by beefing up the attendance.

I don't know what they do, some weeks it looks like there are more in the ground yet they put low attendances, i can see that being done for tax purposes but beefing up the attendance doesn't make sense.
It will be interesting on Tuesday v Derby what with all the free tickets available.

Deffo 15500 in the ground, Ellerslie Road was the most packed I have seen it since the Leicester game (same with The Loft).

I would say it looked around 15000 from where I was sitting in ellerslie.

Agree with you w12, when Ellerslie is almost full then you know its a higher than average gate.

You know it's a decent turnout as you take 15 mins to have a slash at half time in Ellerslie.

Derby will be a true test if fans are returning, if there is more than 14000 then I think its safe to say a number of fans who were staying away probably because of Briatore etc are now returning.

Having a decent manager instead of Hart and Harford should also help.
