How many times has he been sent off since he joined QPR? I hope this was the last one.

It was. Not sure it will be though.

I've been a harsh critic of his and have reason to be, but fairplay for appologising. It takes balls to do it.

        Needs to be sold.

I don't care if he's sorry the guy just isn't good enough.

It will happen again because he is clumsy
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

He was an absolute joke when he arrived, but in recent times became a very solid player, although prone to mistakes.

I agree we need better to go up next season but it would be stupid to sell him. He is more than capable of coming on when we have injuries and suspensions and do an excellent job. If we sell him we need another squad player to replace him and there won't be many better.

Buy another CB and knock him down the pecking order and it's up to him if he wants to improve his game and be happy sitting on the bench.

Bit of a knee jerk reaction to sell him IMO

I got a soft spot for Stewart, but hes so clumsy !!
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I kind of like Stewart but if i'm honest he's a bit of an oaf. no skill, timing is suspect & gets caught out far to often. Would trade him in in the summer. Their is much better out their. Fair play for the apology though & rightly so he was stupid,1 min before half time? Come onnnnnn!

He was a total muppet to concede that second yellow.. and costed us the game. But the first yellow was never a yellow giving that card was a total disgrace, I'm still thinking back at it today how in hell could he possibly give a yellow card. I think referees match details should be published at the end of the games giving reason for each booking/ penalty/ sending off because I cannot work out why he gave it. Was it malicious? NO. Was it a high foot? NO. Did he look to have any intentions to hurt the player? NO
