How many did we have down in League 1? I can't recall but it was a decent number. With genuine prospects of progress next year and a team that wants to fight for the shirt I reckon we could get those kind of numbers with the right pricing policy..........but it will be minus 2 if the drum makes it to the Upper Loft!!#standuptocancer

Firstly, QPR need to achieve CCC safety.
Then, I think the current ST holders will only renew if they see that this new regime really is going to fulfill promises to listen to fans views and learn from past mistakes.
The prices are too high, especially for CCC football and the squad needs some new permanent signings to have a chance of competing for promotion next season.
New recognised full backs are a must, as well as a new strikeforce. Presuming that Simpson returns to Arsenal or joins Celtic, QPR will need to buy at least three new strikers (a 6-yard-poacher, target man and maybe an experienced 'old head'.)
One or two goalkeepers will also be needed along with at least one other centre half.
I would say a good indication of their intentions is if signings are made in May and June. If these signings are made early enough in pre-season - QPR only need to wait until 1st July if signing free transfers - I see QPR fans buying up STs in large numbers again.
I do also think that cheap tickets i.e. £400, will also sell well, regardless of when transfers are made.

Well based on events of the last few weeks, they've got 3 next year that they would not have had if things had carried on without Warnock, and with FB and Directors of Football etc..
Prices permitting.Final Version - Hope you like it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1z0UQ0eqRM

ok...with warnock
with ishan and amit
feel good is back
we will be in championship next season
all we need is a price reduction and i think we will get 10k sales....
then if we sign the right players close season, so much to look forward too.
these guys want success, want the fans onside, warnock knows this and has the experience to steady the ship and build.

price structure is all wrong - it's as simple as that.
I think having some expensive seats is fine, but some pretty poor seats are way too expensive. Sort that and you will get the fans back.
Also move the family section FGS! SHould even look at moving the away fans. Lets be radical and make positive changes and you will see fans come back in numbers.

Possibly, with price reduction and some decent money spent in the Summer.
So, if we say 6k sold this season, I figure 8 or 9k by August.
Then, all being well and challenging at the top, I can envisage plenty of further sales in the 1st half of the season, and being very close or more than 10k.
I'm sure I recall being capped at 11.5k not so long ago due to league rules in having to keep so many for single game sales ?
Of course, £600 gold ticket, would need to be reduced to around £500 first.
And that may be alittle too optimistic.

It's all about the price, the PR and the investment on the players.
If all three are attractive to the fans then yes we will sell 10k tickets. 2 out of 3 and we will come close but we need the PR coming out of the club to be positive and to make that family club feeling paramount to our future, the price needs to be attractive especially at a time when a new Government will make cuts which makes disposable income a thing of the past and investment on players because although we have some decent players without the likes of Simpson and Taraabt as well as any depth upfront we are still only a mid table side.
Get all three right and you'll pack HQ!
