Interesting to hear Neil say that this is the most talented bunch of guys he has ever worked with.

I really do believe some fans unfairly give Gianni a hard time re his signings when the real truth is that he has signed some very good players. The same group of players that were being walked over just a few weeks ago. The problem has quite clearly been with the managers. Maybe we may have seen a different Ben Watson had Warnock been here when he came.

Anyhow, well done Gianni. You do get a lot of stick but just want you to know that there are others out there who appreciate your efforts.

Hall played for Newcastle, Routledge didn't.

Do think Priskin is the weakest link now, but I stood right behind Ikeme yesterday and have to say he catches everything and not much is going to get past him. Hill, was one of our better players yesterday and for a small fella he wins loads of headers.

As for Tarrabt and Simpson, need I say more.

Would also add Faurlin, who he spotted but was kind enough to let Magilton and gorman take the praise for it

Think we are beginning to see the influence that Flavio did have on the club. Two times this season, once when he was away and now, we have played our best football.

Stinkers under the managers that were in place, however, pretty much guarantee that Warnock would have got something out of those stinkers.

Warnock is so spot on re Adel. The guy has so much talent. If you can get the guy ticking, he will be brilliant. Having said that, he may look for a big move, end up with a manger who doesnt love him and we will end up seeing the Adel that is not so nice to watch.

Really hope Rangers can somehow persuade him to stay.

he has done a brilliant job. brilliant. cant fault him at all. thats why we are going up this season. all the decent players were his signings, the bad ones were not and dont you forget it. sometimes it takes 50 signings to luck out and find a couple of decent players, thats football.

Re Ramage and Borrowdale, yes they are not great, but they have been heavily exposed this season. When we are playing well up the pitch, they will do an adequate job.

Bottom line is that i am saying this team is a far better one that the one we had when Flavio walked in the door.

pete im always positive, but i also call a spade a spade. u have blind loyalty to gianni which makes u be positive with everything he does, where as i will praise him 4 good work, and slate him for bad work

lol yer. Amazing job, a true team of talented fantastic players that is bound to see us go up automatic if not this season then the next. So good that i cant understand how we managed to wrestle them away from their parent clubs. Longing for the day when the mighty Quashie once again takes his rightful place in ruling the midfield for us....reckon its too late for him to make the world cup squad? could be the answer to the Lampard/Gerrard problem England have. Well done GP, without you we wouldnt have the likes of Hill,Ikeme,Ramage,Priskin,Quashie,Borrowdale,Aggy and Hall plus the other 20 or so..... all true Rangers legends.

We do have some talented players in the squad but the scouting system and upgrading our youth facilitites need to be looked at as a matter of urgency.

Our players have under performed again this season , it's early days but Warnock will know how to get the best out of the likes of Adel.

A couple of decent forwards would be high up on the shopping list.
