Warnock: 'i'm very pleased'

Anyway, to get back to the thread its excellent that Warnock is going out of his way to praise Tarabt and has clearly got the right balance of praising where its due but also being tough when he isn't putting in the effort. Regardless of what happens to Tarabt (and I've defended him even when some were calling him an indulgence, luxury, waste of space etc) the positive for me is that Warnock is clearly happy to work with talented players. All those saying he only understood hoof merchants were clearly talking rubbish. Maybe at Palace etc he only had mediocre players at his disposal and its interesting he says he has never worked with such a talented group of players, which just shows how badly they have underperformed. I'm more confident than ever about Warnock now. Sure, we are bound to lose every now and again (possibly against Reading) but I think he is starting to unlock the potential in lots of players and in the summer is just as likely to bring in flair players as work horses. Like all good managers he simply realises you need a balance.

Good post mr stainrod...i only had a problem with tarbs attitude not his skill. Losing him will be a big loss to the way we play next season. Only time will tell how warnock creates the team in the future. At the minute he has no choice with the squad he has. Next year we might all be moaning about the hoof ball-lets just wait and see. We have players on loan(as we all know) and next season will bring a new rangers. One thing is for sure is we will have a bit of grit and passion-and you can't buy that(well only for cheap-off palace!!).PRIDE OF LONDON.
