I have been one of Taarabts biggest fans from day one but really can't see the point in rubbing it in peoples faces that I was right you were wrong.

3 games under NW has shown what Taarabt and the rest of the squad have been missing is a good manager, we've got that now lets start looking forward to continuing our good form to the end of the season and starting like Usain Bolt out the blocks next season.
Everyone has an opinion mate. Mind of Taarabt wasn't great as I felt he was too greedy and sulky. It's obvious to anyone that the lad oozes class, but it's no good unless he has an all round game to produce the goods. It seems now that he has the message and I feel that's largely down to NW's way of managing him and accerting his authority as the man who decides who plays where and to which style they play. Make no mistake, Taarabt is doing this to put himself firmly in the shop window as much as doing it for QPR and fair play to him. Nothing wrong with using this loan spell to get a big move providing he's commited to the cause for us. He's adapted his game far more in the last 3 games than he'd ever have done under JM and the likes of Hart. He needed a little appreciation and Warnock has given him that.

I'm pleased for Adel that he's learning how to be a team player and if he keeps this up, he'll be a big star.
    Your mum would love me...

I'm fully aware of this myself but I try to take the positives out of it.

      1) Adel gets a big move having turned his form and game around under NW, other talented young players take inspiration from this and want to work with NW as well.

      2) Warnock for the best part has been tarred with being a long ball merchant who's tactics are best suited to workmanlike players. Getting the best out of a skillful 'enigma' like Taarabt and accommodating him to the point of building a team around him dis-spells thats sort of talk IMO.

      3) The squad itself will admire NW handling of Adel - man management skills at their best IMO.

Obviously these few points won't make up for losing him in the summer but they are positives, which is nice.

Yes - I'm one of those less than impreesed with his lack of passing, but under a good manager like Warnock who won't let him get away with hogging, he's beginning to become useful.

I never once said he was rubbish either. All ways maintained he's possibly the most skillful in the CCC. He has been a liability most of the season. Now it seems he's becoming a team player.

Fair play to him and I hope it continues.

Just sick of so many people on here raving about people like Faurlin (who is good, but not exceptional) Gorkss (hugely overrated) and Cookie (Average but good attitude ) yet berating Taarabt. Anyone who has played football at a decent level recognises that the bloke is absolute class and by far and away our best player.

Just find it annoying really and wanted to make a point to all of those creating polls to send him back, kick him out the club, booing him etc etc

Liability most of the season? Remember the Derby game and the goal against Preston at home, chipped penalty..... give me a liability like him every week.

I fully agree mate. As I said in the highlighted paragraph, you cannot blame Adel for using us as we're using him and the better he performs, the better for both club and player. This was in no way a slur against Adel. In fact, you've got to admire his willingness to play below his standard in order to learn and sculpt his game. Some of our fans may want to #### him for it, but as long as he's providing the goods for us, who cares?!

JT (spit), Beckham, Eto'o and Cashley (spit) are just a few players who did it this way, and the likes of Preston, Notts Forest and Palace are probably quite proud to say that their club helped them make it.

Not being funny mate, but picking one game hardly backs up your arguement, does it. Let's be completely honest and fair...how many games has he had like that? Faurlin is more of a team player and has performed that way consistantly, as has Simpson and Gorkss. Like I say, Adel is clearly tallented, but tallent means nothing unless you have a game ontop of that. Adel hasn't shown that enough. Granted, being poorly managed hasn't helped but let's not put this guy on a pedastool, here. We've had far better contributions over the season from others than him.

Again, fairplay to him for adapting his game and long may it continue.

Personally I think the lack of a proper manager is the reason why we have been so critical of a wide number of players this season leaving the transfer policy, Board Room shenanigans etc aside. Players need discipline and direction and they haven't been getting that, stability is key to players performing consistently well. I've been very critical of a lack of professionalism I think has been shown by the squad this season but without any real leaders in the changing room there has been few loss souls out there on the pitch.

When we see our team giving 100% you will find far less criticism of individuals, there will always be a scapegoat or 2 with every team. Priskin has come in for heavy criticism the last 2 home games and the reason being is because we don't think he is giving 100%.

I'm looking forward to whats ahead under Warnock when we start focusing on the team more so than individuals, I'm convinced that will happen now, its a team game after all.
