Can you ask them to look at making loyalty points worth having, eg they could be worth £1 point off either your season ticket for the next seaon or £1 in the club shop.

Also, why is the charge for a replacement season ticket card so high (£50)? I have lost mine and I have no objection to paying a reasonable admin charge (say up to £20), but £50 is profiteering.

Allow smoking in the open air part of the Loft (it is not illegal), more people would get in early and spend more money on drinks.

    Bring the Bookies kiosks back.

      Whatever they decide. Whatever direction the club is going in. whatever the pricing policy is. just improve one thing;

      Communication with the fanbase!!

All I ask is that they treat us as loyal customers, with respect and as intelligent consumers.

The signs are good. This sort of forum confirms a real intent but this approach needs to consistant and ongoing "not just a flash in the pan".

This will not be easy but the "internal" PR is a critical piece in the jigsaw of maintaining a good relationship with the "punters".

I would humbly suggest that they need to recruit/develop a specialist dedicated to focusing on this and finding different ways to engage with all the various fan groups. no-one expects constant communication with main board directors but there has been many faux pars in the last two years and there is some wounds to be healed.

This can only be done by committing to a real and visible policy of inclusion and (sorry to repeat the word but) open and honest COMMUNICATION

      Off my soap box now!

        Bring back the fans forums.

Bring back the shareholder AGM's for the minority shareholders.

        Thank you!

Cheaper STs that include cup games.

Cheaper prices, i.e £22, all around, except for the W12 and CC areas. Perhaps these seats can be sold as ST only for around £700 - they'd easily sell these.

Move the away fans into the Ellerslie Road, except for those clubs with big away support.

Relocate the Family stand, so that the Loft can be full of singing QPR fans to lift the mood of the stadium.

Remove Briatore's badge and maybe run a competion to redesign the QPR badge

If possible can QPR run their own website?

It would be good to provide options on new kit designs and let the fans vote like they did a few seasons back.

Are there any plans to build a new, bigger and more comfortable stadium in the local area?

Oh, and it would be great if the club would stop treating fans as some kind of cash cow, and really respect us for what we are, the lifeblood and future of this club.

Doing things around ticket pricing are only one part in connecting with fans ...

You want to people to be proud that QPR is the local team doing community work playing well etc the appointment of a proper manager and a plan will help the results but more definitely needs to be done

                1. we should have more connection with all the schools in the area we want every kid in the area to be a QPR fan , they are ultimately the future

                2. The club needs to increase the presence of QPR in Shepherds Bush / Acton/ Ealing / Chiswick etc akin to Man City's welcome to manchester sign. you want people to know that this is QPRs turf create a local loyalty and increase the fanbase in the area. Chelsea Fulham Tottenham are named after areas of london Arsenal have their own station etc thus have their flag firmly rooted in patches of london their name indicates so we dont so we need to work harder.

                3. Club lost an opportunity not to have a club shop at the Westfield that would have given a huge exposure to the club to thousands of non QPR people that might be inclined to watch a game. again offer ticket deals and more 1st timers would come and if we are playing well may become rangers fans.

                4. having been to the emirates the catering department for us lowly fans really needs to be addressed really pants at the moment toilets horrible too

                5. And yes its really expensive to take your you teenage family members to the club once they are of adult age Family ticketing anywhere in the ground

We need a new Local stadium, that will allow the club and fanbase to grow.
LR is a big problem for a lot of stay away fans.

That, I didnt even think of! If they could get a shop in there, then that would be wicked. Good idea.

Tell them from me that 'Gold' prices for the upper loft facilities are a joke and are not on par with those offered in 'Silver' in the lower loft. At least increase the number of staff in the catering in the upper loft so we can get served at halftime without having to miss 15 mins of the second half ! its painfully too slow with just two people serving, in fact its quicker to nip down to 'Silver' where they have more serving staff plus they have TV screens down there with SKY sports on. Basically, if they are going to keep the current Gold , Silver & bronze grading system then the facilities should reflect accordingly.

What happend to the mobile beer sellers ?

Bring back the bookie booths !

GP Source is only currently fed to certain inviduals, its unprofessional and is alienating factions of the fan base who have subscribed to club text messaging etc only to hear news first via this web forum. I appreciate you cant stop rumours, but leaks/rumours should not come from senior club officials.

Anything that encourages the positiviity of the club, I think its good and leads to fans being generally excited about certain things. Take rumour out of football, you take away part of the excitment

According to many this site is "Fantasy Island", so which is it...Fantasy Island or a mouthpiece for the club?
Youre still not getting it. As I said above, "Rumours are one thing but when their source is a board member that is entirely another matter." Of course I have no problems with rumours, but what many do have a problem with is when they originate from the chairman of the club who then drip feeds them to his mate who just happens to run a fan message board. You then create a conflict of interest. Firstly it creates a conflict of interest between the Chairman and his fellow boardroom members, and secondly a conflict of interest between the readers and the owners of the message-board who do not believe their club should operate in such a manner. Egos aside, hand on heart, who of sound and rational mind would believe this is a professional way to run a football club?

You keep repeating the argument that there will always be rumours on message-boards, but the point you conveniently keep missing is who lies behind many of these rumours. It puts a massive hole in your argument. Even if you say that he never gives you actual names (which I can only take your word for), the fact that he passes down any inside information at all, to you or anyone else, is in itself dubious modus operandi to say the least. In his interview Paladini himself said that you can never stop rumours spreading, yet he himself is the man behind so many of them. Need I say more?!

I just wanted to add how refreshing it is that the club have opened up and are meeting with fans groups again.

All the major forums and the Indy R's site have been invited in additional to the supporters clubs.

                                Well done Rangers
