    Nice Line From Warnock...

"....While so-called 'player-power' is rumoured to have accounted for some Hoops managers in the past, Warnock has made it clear he will be around a lot longer than any squad members who do not want to play ball.

"I've said to them if they want to stick around then do what I say, and if they don't... then they will be leaving," he said.

"I suppose in the past they must have thought 'we'll be all right in a couple of weeks'."

    Fair enough!

His words only carry weight because he has the support of the new board/owners who want stability. Players see that the circus days are now over and take note of that. Long it may continue!
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

His words carry weight because he is a hard nose son of a bitch, who puts the fear of god into his players and then cuddles them and buys them a beer. He is the kind of person you would go the extra mile for.

            I actually like him.

He knows how to manage players and lets them know when they are doing things right or wrong.

The players seem to have responded well to his style of management and even though some of the more skilled players prefer the slick pasing game, they seem to have adapted to a mixing this with a more direct approach.

if a manager loses the dressing room, you can call that player power, and I really doubt that any one of our players has got any manager the sack.
