This is a ridiculous thread isn't it?!
Pete (like everyone on here - excluding Hammer) supports QPR.
He is one of the top fans among us for all he does for QPR IMO. Keep it up Pete, I think you do a cracking job with the phone-ins and website etc.
Even if you are a secret goonger

Always been a QPR fan. Been going home games all the time, away games in the mid eighties, stopped going away games for a while (kids were young), then started going away again, stopped for a couple of years (personal problems), then been going away games again for about 8 years
Funny, because I reconise fellas now from the mid eighties (one in particular), but never ever talk to them. (I'm fat and bald now, used to look like an Italian stallion, but these guys haven't changed much at all.
I hope in next 5 years I can start going more often again but in the mean time will just go when I can afford to.

Does it really matter?
I supported the club since 1974 when I was 11
I went to half a dozen games before 1978
I went to every home game during the 1978/79 and 79/80 seasons and a handfull of away games
Ive been to just two games since 1985! (in mitigation Ive lived in Australia since 1985)
I havn't got a QPR Tattoo
Does that make me less of a supporter?
You either have QPR in the blood or not , and I have

Seems to me if you're rangers you're trrangers. I've never bumped into anyone after a game and interrogated them about (a) the longevity of their support (b) attendance patterns (year by year basis obviously) (c) amy daliance with other teams in pre-pubescent years.
This is all tosh. You are rangers or you're not. We'd better get used to n'ar do wells" and "since 2011" if we get promoted. Get overt it.
Before anyone asks - my rangers "credentials" are impeccable!! Perhaps since I am so confident in them might explain why I don't worry about others' "status.

You either have QPR in the blood or not , and I have
all this business of supporting the team since your in your mums womb is rubbish
i think even brian melzack said a few weeks back that he was brought up as an aresenal fan upto the age of 10 then got converted to QPR
i dont see anyone questioning Brian who is in fact QPR through and through just like myself
kit nothing against you im just quoting your thread as you are spot on with what you said
