Now ive got your attention…..and I don’t really like to #### players off... moan yes…. but what is Priskin all about.
Now we have had a few centre forwards down the R’s in my time that have not been the greatest i.e. Devon White, Garry Thompson, Kiwomya (kept us up) Martin Busby, Tommy Langley, Mike Sheron, Dicchio, Nygaard, Tony Sealy, Andy Thompson (both scored a few) Steve Slade to name a few – there are loads more who Im sure are some of your favourite all time useless R’s but at least they tried, put effort in, put themselves about (Big Dev) and scored a few goals but……..
In MY opinion Priskin is in the same category as Domonic Iorfa & Sammy Koejoe.
The bloke does not look as if he is trying at all. If at least he puts some sort of effort in he will not be ironically cheered when he manages to head the ball. He only seemed to manage this when the ball was near his head. For a big man he doesnt jump - Yes he won the penalty last night & he passed the ball on Saturday so someone else could set up the goal(s) but come on.
People (Pete) were saying on other threats he was playing out of his position on the right midfield stopping their players from playing but even when he did go up front near the end he didn’t change at all. How did he stay on?
Surely he must have come off the pitch thinking that was a stroll – doesn’t he want to impress to try and get a contract?? Has he had or made any chances for himself in the past 2 games?
Hopefully he can do a Bendtner, he was hopeless against Burnley at the weekend missing all those chances (least he was there to miss) and the Ars'e fans were hammering him, then look at what he goes and does last night
NW must see something in him, he likes a big man but surely he likes a big man to be a big man and do something? I do have faith in NW – Here’s hoping he can get Priskin firing or at least in first gear for starters.?
