The problem is this

Chanting gianni boys to the qblock is pretty stupid. I don't talk politics to these guys, but would imagine some are not overly keen on Gianni. They simply stand in the qblock and by enticing them into some argument is not good for the future. My son didn't come last night and to be honest, he would have laid them out if he had heard them chanting abuse at me, not because of any defence of Gianni but because he is my son. I just choose to ignore them.

These mindless idiots are targetting the whole of qblock in their chants, I think its pretty stupid.

It Only takes one to take offence and it could lead to all sorts when we have just got a new manager and things have changed at the top, it is pretty stupid. The whole qblock have a wide range of views and many don't agree with mine, but would they start shouting abuse down at me, doubt it?

As for the radio stuff, thats 90 minute football show where only on the field stuff is talked about so to suggest giving that up is mind boggling. We work hard on this site and if 2-3 people want to chant abuse from a crowd of 12,500 then they are the ones who look pretty stupid. This site has come a long way in 2 and hal;f years and continues to grow and to suggest its a pro-Gianni board is also ridiculous.

Unfortunately this board unlike certain other ones allows debate and sometimes they boil over. In hindsight it might be better served if the stirrers posted elsewhere or were not permitted on our site.

As you well know... that would lead to accusations of "an old pals act" on here.

Not a great idea, and would only fuel the fire.

Possibly look at having an open (constructive) debate on here about how this board is structured, and using the "Board Room Forum" section a bit more often, rather than all this "GP, FB, PS, AR, BE, etc"... political stuff spilling over onto this Main (family football) Forum, where people are most probably bored s***less reading it everyday?

There are issues on here with swearing, non-family friendly content, political posts, infighting, name calling, spamming etc.. that need looking at.

And maybe the members of this site could have some input into how the site could be improved, and avoid a lot of the conflict that seems to pop up on a daily basis?

Just an idea, that I thought I'd put out here for (sensible?!) discussion.

Unfortunately you will find like most football clubs there is an element of bullying and thuggery. I have noticed we have plenty of 17 year old tough guys of late. If they was to take things further I think many people would step in and I for one would enjoy putting them in there place. Most of the trouble makers are in all walks of life but Lr are attracting a fair few asbo's.

How about you start by rereading your posts to me and correcting your grammar and spelling. This would go an awfully long way to making this board a better place and less of a struggle to read.
