Fair point, he wasn't the worst player on the pitch, there were 11 others worse, ALL in green shirts.
He was, however, from OUR starting XI, the worst.
Vine did try to pip him in the short time he was on the pitch, but both Buzz & Cookie did OK, if nothing spectacular.

Of our 6 loans he'd be furthest away from the 18 for me.

who was the worst player on the pitch tonight then?

check out the other MB's you'll find it very conclusive.

the reason cook gets away with it is because of what he did for us when we were in the ****, yes buzsaky has been bad, but look at him now he has clearly put in some effort in training and fans appreciate it.

a prime example is vine, he was a fans favourite but is so unfit, demotivated and generally ****. the fans have given up on him.

admit it, you've started a battle you cant win.

qpr3, I can gage opinion from this board and know that the majority will be slagg.ing Priskin off.

Trouble is we are not playing the same style of football we have been used to, its no longer roll out and play from the back. Its big boot hoping for a knock down, you don't have to win the ball, but we are playing the percentage game. Opposing Defender wins the ball, clears it into touch and we are normally deep into the opposing half.

From time to time we will win the header. Even when Priskin did win the ball and it didn't find a Rangers player he got people groaning to each other. This is going to get worse and thats a real shame.

its nice to see hogan go into tackles now, and win the ball. time and time again priskin had a high ball to head on, and everytime he mis judged.

i got a new nick name for him CEMENT BOOTS

I think Priskin is the type of player fans, who are charged up, love to hate. He doesn't do himself any favours by going down at the slightest touch when challenged, especially in the air. If Priskin concentrated on being strong, especially upper body strength, he would hold off players better. However he kind of leans back and goes for being fouled, and tonight he wasn't getting any free kicks like that.

As for headers, any centre half losing headers from long balls should be sacked. The occasional one, maybe, but those are meat and drink to any decent centre back. Fans moaning that Priskin or anyone didn't win header from goal kicks etc have little knowledge of football. Centre forwards rarely win those, it is the second ball that counts

Priskin could do himself a favour by being less of a nancy, but his contribution has not been rubbish as some are saying.
Spot on, Priskin played most of the game on the right...any Cb who dont win headers from goal kicks should be sacked, as a striker I dont think I have ever won a header from a goal kick or big hoof while marked.

saying that the rest of his game was pants. Think people may be bullying him because of the flash boots, but as I said before if he is a nike player they may be telling him to wear them? not sure if he has a sponsorship but may explain it.

It was a 3 or 4 out of 10 performance though lol

we're not for one minute playing long ball, yes it was not magilton quality tonight but warnock has a job to do for his first few games. we played it on the floor against WBA.

                    in simple terms:

taarabt has been MOTM contender for both games, everything going forward goes through him. didnt see him hoofing it tho?

Only 1 team hoofing it big today, Plymouth.
We defended 10 yards higher up the field and got tackles and challenges in much sooner than recent times. Very Warnock, very Holloway.
We gave them less time on the ball and much of our attacks went through Taarabt, with Faurlin and Connolly also passing well.

i agree we used to roll the ball out to defenders under jm, now we kick every time. but long back suggest the defence is also hoofing it, which is not always the case. id say mixed game... not exactly short passing but not proper long ball game either

i personally would rather get rid of all the pointless passing from the goalie to CB, in a relegation battle it doesnt work.

i agree mate, kick it long from the keeper, if u dont have defenders who can bring the ball out and are comfortable making passes dont do it. so altho i saw what jm was trying to do, with our defence it was a bad idea. let them just defend, its what they do best lol
