  • Gianni Paladini - Opinions Changed?!

Just curious as to whether him going on the radio tonight has changed any opinions on him?

People all talk about their long list of questions they want answered - tonight they have had their chance to ask DIRECTLY to the man himself.

Not wanting to start a battle, just curious thats all.

D'ya know what, the pragmatic of us realise that he's not the devil or a saint. I think just going on the radio tonight has been good on his part. I'm not suprised he has waited until everyones gushing over the club as I think it makes things ten times easier for him, however good on him.

What I can't get over is the amount of blatant ####-licking from certain people. The most poigniant (sic?) question of the evening was not addressed well enough for my liking and that is about the leaks coming from the club. It's damaging, it splits the fanbase and it causes real issues, especially when one of the sources of information is your clubs chairman (I don't need Pete to confirm this I worked at the club and asked the question). This I don't agree with but it's not neccessarily Gianni's fault, its the hangers on and those who gain a sense of self-importance from being around the heirarchy. I'm afraid it shows a lack of integrity and respect.

I think every QPR fan should listen to the interview because, through the BS, he has made some good points and shown some integrity himself by not being forced to answer the question about the loan. He re-mortgaged his house for the club, that entitles him to get a loan from the Mittals through his employment status I think, especially as it is all above board.

Like I say SM, I'm not going to start gushing over him like some of the eejits but fair play he did himself no harm tonight.

P.S. SM Im not referring to you, as I said I worked for the club for a short time (N/P WE) and I felt just about as good as you felt getting taken down to the dressing room so I'm not accusing you personally of being a hanger on.

My opinion about Gianni Paladini remains the same - Without Gianni there would be NO QPR as we know it today.
I love Queens Park Rangers FC, I love Gianni Paladini .... Hope Gianni stays at Loftus Road for many years to come.

I think Gianni's heart is in QPR.It's just that some of his decisions have been a bit questionable with hindsight.I do believe he has made decisions on what he believed was best for QPR at the time.

At the end of the day, some will love him, some will hate him, that`s thier decision.Everyone has a reason to follow which camp they want.

Before tonight i wanted him out,and pinned all our previous problems and #### ups squarely to his mast, but after tonight,my thoughts have changed.BUT,and it`s a big BUT,if i was to speak to someome and they got aggitated at the more challenging questions, like he did, doubts would remain, and they will do.

I agree but from now on will concentrate for the future as looking back now is not going to get QPR to the promise land.

If tonight didn't sort it self out it never will and thanks for sending in that text after the show, it showed that your a decent guy which I already knew.
