Dont forget Ali bleeding Russell, I think he is as useless as GP and the pair of them are responsible for our demise. Flavio, GP and Russel all need to move on so we can start again. It would stop all this ballackx thats for sure and if I ran a company and had two employes causing so much bad feelings with my customers, they would be gone.

Paul - early days for the Mittals at moment.Maybe the most important thing on their minds is to keep CCC status.Once achieved..and there has been a modicom of stability - maybe other things will change behind the scenes.

Of course it does. The problem being, and I am sure you are aware of the fact, is that unless it is the answer that they want, then they will dismiss it an a dishonest one.

Some people seem to be asking the same question over and over again, not having accepted the factual answers, purely because they wish to be pedantic.

The ABC loan is no longer, that is a fact and a matter of public record and has been for a very long time. Yes, it was replaced with a different loan, at a lower rate of interest than the previous one, but surely that is a good thing.
I can assure you now, 100%, that there was not a bank or prime lending institution in the country that would have refinanced it at anything like the new arrangement. I really cannot be bothered to go into all the reasons why now, I would just ask people to accept that as fact, from someone who works in this area on a professional basis. I personally am aware that at the time, many avenues were explored, but for sound reasons, it could not have happened.

In relation to the interest free loan, as previously stated, there could be a variety of reasons for it, but nevertheless it remains, quite rightly so, a matter between the parties involved. All I would say on that, is that it quite clearly appears in the audited accounts and therefore, was never intended to be underhand, hidden or in any way inappropriate.

As i say, I'm not a legal person and don't pretend to be, but it happened so long ago. Sorry, are you saying the event didn't happen?

PS I didn't really get involved with the political side of the club then, so I don't want to go over it as I am not the best person to even comment on it
