I was concerned to read the bits about

* no clean sheets in 22 CCC games.

* QPR's shooting, where only 47.26% of shots were on target and is the worst in the division.

* QPR have also failed to beat Plymouth in the last 10 fixtures.

Things have to improve. Hopefully all three tomorrow night.

This man just breeds confidence, i especially like the way he rallied round all the players at the end of the game making sure they acknowledged the fans. If only we could have had him earlier in the season, who knows, maybe we could have been challenging for promotion or the play offs.
