Good interview. Love these quotes from the Ealing Gazette too!:

"The most difficult thing about football is keeping the game simple," he told the Gazette.

"When I was at Notts County, we knocked everything long, so I was labelled a long ball merchant, but we hadn't got one of our back four who could pass a ball 10 yards, so it was no good asking them to pass the ball around.

"You go to a club and you look at what you've got, you don't work out a tactic before you come to a club.

"I love entertaining football and wingers and that type of football, but I like to be horrible as well and if you can get the happy medium, it's enjoyable."
