The more I look into this the more it looks like Paladini is just running Loftus Road on a day to day basis.

You know checking on the catering, security, making sure the grass is cut....

Like he got on with Sousa? There will soon be a bustup as Paladini can't keep his nose out, and Warnock will have him shipped out - and not a moment too soon.

So why no Paladini if he gets on with Warnock so well and is the driving force behind the football side of QPR i thought he would be there flying the flag?

That sounds more like the job of a general manager, not Chairman.

Warnock spoke about Bernie, Flavio, Amit and Ishan at the press conference, but never once mentioned Paladini. No previous manager has done that...

Are there some in denial that GP may be on the way backwards at the club?

For some of us, this is a touch sad to see them insisting that GP is still a key player when it is looking a little to the contrary. But no more than they deserved for insisting that he was not a problem when he was clearly f***g the club down the s**ter. That however did not matter as he was provided tit-bits to keep the internet traffic up.
