Just a tiny point on all of this: I make no claim to football expertise but I do work in the media (or as Wembley Ranger might dub me, I'm a "media #####") and so therefore I'm coming at it from a professional point of view. The press conference looked excellent and sent all the right messages but was a day late. Any sports editor is going to say "we knew he was appointed the other day" and consequently it won't get much coverage. We finally have a positive story to sell but think sadly it was packaged in an amateurish way.

nope have i ever called you a "media #####" fella
i wont name names but we all know who that is, the unofficial qpr spokesperson
the link to the video has been posted twice in the thread
haahha wow a press conference that lasted a whole 30 seconds :drunk: only messing, but i was hoping for u know the whole thing or at least extended highlights...
Interesting, two points that jump to my mind, is why did Warnock spend so much time talking about the CP situation when it was QPR press conferance, the second was the last question about transfer budget, Warnock interuppted and said "ill answer that" andd then went onto say no comment where not telling you. That makes me think that posts and comments made that theres is going to be money avaliable and Warnock does want to let the cat out of the bag so the prices of players to increase.
