I would like some clarification on exactly how much of the club flavio still owns.

I worry he has more say in things than the "new board" are letting on?..

I think we're in safe hands and has learned from his mistakes, if he does have a say then it will make Amit & Ishan not look so good.

I don't think we have to look back as things have changed 100% and you could see that from the press conference.

thats just on the manager front. I want to know, like every other fan how much steak (pardon the pun) The Mittals have and what that now means regards Flavio. Warncok even suggested in his piece today that he knew Flavio and Bernie wanted the club to do well.

I haven;t yet seen the press conference but if Flavio is still in the background then I think it is a Good thing ONLY if it means he looks after the sponsorship / branding etc .

Lets not forget that whilst a number of people were allegedly in a position to take over our club a couple of years ago ONLY THE FLAVIOS of this world are in a position to attract the global branding and commercial sponsorship that we now have. It is more than likely that the megabucks deals only trigger in if we reach the promised land BUT at least they are in place !!

It is very clear from the likes of Amit , Ishan (chairman ..sorry can't remember his full name) that mistakes were made and that the new manager will be allowed to manage on his own and have no outside interference with players and the like.

Now that we have finally got a manager worth his salt I am even more convinced that Flavio will stay out of the dressing room and he will let Neil Warnock manage the team, Amit & co will manage our matchday experience and PR stuff ( prices etc) .

I understand, respect, and agree with what the mittals and new chairmen stand for and are trying to do! But fans should know the % in which the clubs shares are divided imo.

I BELIEVE in the stability etc we have been told will be put into action. I just worry sometimes that Flavios head may re appear in the future.

Are the other shareholders not supposed to be notified of changes in shareholding?

ie. those fans who still hold a few shares?
