I thought I read somewhere that Priskin has been sent back from whence he came....
That's one less already2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
2015/2016, average at best.....
2016/2017, same old, same old....
2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!
Its the hope that kills you!

I just phoned the oh so helpful Football League to find how I could get hold of the rules, their answer was "the rules are in our handbook and it costs £16.99".
So I did a bit of googling and have nicked this off a Geordie Website, it was dated Sept 2009:-

The Football League have now confirmed the situation regarding loans as follows:
If anybody has the latest copy of the football league handbook, the rules for loans are in there
Standard loans can be for half a season or a full season. These can only be done during the two transfer windows (i.e. by the end of today or in January 2010).
Emergency loans can be done outside of the transfer window, but not after the fourth Thursday in November or March.
A club can have a maximum of four players under 23 and a further four over 23 on standard loan during the season. There is no limit on Emergency Loans.
However, only four players maximum can join one club from another during the season.
A maximum of five loan players can be named on a team sheet.I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I'm not sure I should be pointing this out but haven't we already had more than eight loans this season (if you count the ones who have already gone back)???Your mum would love me...

Crazy situation -- what we need is a Director of Football to ensure the squad is well balanced, well planned and well thought of Plan B's in place.
WHOOPS! Lookslike we had someone - but all they could do "well" was sort out the well paid side of the equation.
Our saving grace may well be no limit to emergency loansI need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
