    I agree that he is more of a coach. People I know who have worked with him on courses etc say he is excellent. To be offered Spurs Youth Academy is a big honour I'd say, but maybe he fancies a go at making a mark for himself as a manager. You can't blame him. I feel sorry for him, every job he has gone into, the club are either broke, in turmoil or having to sell all their main players.

      He has a point in as much as his decision to leave led to the powers that be finally realising that the way things were being done was not correct.

      To the absolute credit of both himself and Mick Harford, they have behaved like true gentlemen from the time they arrived to date. They had nothing but good things to say about our club along with it's history and traditions as well as praising the fans. I have yet to read one bad word from them about us, other than the inference that all was not well with regard to the way the club was run from above.

      Despite their failings, which occurred in all likelihood as a result of these problems, it is a shame that they were treated with such a lack of respect by some of our supporters.
