Happy that Warnock has got the job, right man for the job, also happy he has been given a long contract, shows our "new" intent(ie,we intend to give him time),but we basically still have the same squad and he will need a few games to install confidence into the players,he has one basic goal for what remains from this season, that is to stay up,Patience will be needed,it wont happen over night, but i fully believe he will keep us up and will lead us to better things next season, onwards and upwards:yush:

I hope fans are patient.
Confidence wise, the team is at rock bottom, Ikeme is a poor keeper and QPR have a tough game against WBA.
I am not expecting a 'miracle' win over them (although Bristol City and Reading, in the FA Cup, beat them, so it could happen).
What I do expect to see, is some enthusiasm from the players on the pitch and support from the fans in the stands.
I do however, expect a win against Plymouth next Tuesday.

Fans wont be patient, we already see the clamour on here, who is he bringing with him, what strikers will he sign etc etc etc
now is the time to forget all speculation and rumour about who we might buy, how much we may spend et all
simply let him get on with the job, I would not be surprised if he has been give a target of a serious tilt at promotion not next season but the season after and that seems reasonable to meits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
