the loan rule:

- A club can have up to eight players on short-term loan during the season, but no more than four at any one time
watson, bent, priskin, williams, hill, heaton, ikeme (anybody else? - if not thats 7 so we have 1 more)

- A club can have up to four players on long-term loan during the season.
dont know how this rule works.. when half way through the season. - could mean a long term loan = 6 months onwards.

- A club is able to name a maximum of five loan players (short-term and long-term combined) in the 16 players listed on the team sheet for a game.
we have 6 all together ATM.

- Under extreme circumstances, a club is allowed to take a goalkeeper on loan even if it infringes some of the regulations listed here.
are heaton or ikeme classed as this rule?

Think we may have 1 more, though you can always utilise the rule to your benefit. (through short term loans or long term loans).

The rule of having 5 in the squad is the mostr important aspect that has to be adhered to
