Buzz and Tarrabt will probably sulk and cry.I think keeping it in the dressing room is all about how strong the guv'nor is,set yer stall out early, find out who wants it,and who doesn't.No player is bigger than the club! Look at Man Ure with Becks and Stam both got rid of,one for media circus he had attatched to him and the other for writing something in his autobiography which Fergie didn't take to kindly to! With the latter,it took Utd a while to find a replacement for Stam, but Fergie wanted him out soon as poss.So hopefully Warnock will see early who's up for it,basically they are all playing for their futures.
I came here to chew gum and kick ass,and I'm all outta gum!

I am sure they will react fine as long as the treatment is fair, individuals are not unfairly singled out, and Warnock does not resort to physical violence, which I'm sure he won't as he has a bit more class than that

Think Warnocks style is 'It's my way or the highway!' He is ruthless and I think we'll find out who he doesn't like, doesn't want and/or doesn't rate very soon!

I dissagree with them crying. He's always seemed harsh, but fair. JM was just a tit and overly aggressive. There have been many 'lightweight' players perform under Warnock like Scott Sinclair, Sean Scannell and Danny Webber. He knows how to make players perform and I think Buzz and possibly Taarabt may benefit from his appointment the most.

The players should be made aware that the Manager is in charge and there is no outlet to run to when he shouts at them.

Also don't want to see any members of the board lurking around the dugout during games.

i feel we shud get a great reaction out of some players.. they now know.. crying to paladini or briatore wont work..

at least this is what im hoping!

NEIL WARNOCKS BLUE N WHITE ARMY!
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
                Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Exactly. And I am sure that will be the case. The only "outlet" as you put it, being the exit door to lesser clubs, irrespective of who it is.

I doubt there will be any worries that Warnock will make this VERY clear from the start - then maybe he will open the door and say if you don't like it - bye

Sorry Benny,I didn't mean to put cry, more like behave like spoilt brats!
I hope they prove me wrong,as said by others on this thread Warnock has had 'high maintenance' players before and got the best out of them!!

We need MEN for the rest of the season...no nonsense. Anyone who sulks at a hairdryer should be sent packing.

I think a big difference from Warnock and previous managers is the playing staff know that Warnock has the boards backing. Warnock has been selected, given a long term contract and (fingers crossed) has been given complete control of all on the field matters. The players should realise there is nowhere else to turn and as a previous poster pointed out it's Warnocks way or the highway!

Something which must be put a stop to as soon as possible. And the fault lies entirely with weak chairmen/owners.
