    I think it is possible.

I have been to a number of grounds where away fans were segreagted within a stand including Highbury, White Hart Lane, Stamford Bridge, Upton Park, Craven Cottage, Villa Park, Highfield Road, The Hawthorns plus others. There was very little to seperate fans other than some fencing and a line of stewards or police.

Even if it meant giving up a column line of three or four seats to put up a fence plus room for stewards and police, QPR should do it.

The fans can be directed in and out of the stadium via the corner on the Ellerslie Rd and Blomfontein Rd.

LR is one of only a few grounds where there is a whole stand given up for away fans.

You can access the School Upper from SAR as well as the Lower. All we need to pull this off really is an internal movable barrier in the Ellerslie concourse, some seg netting and some extra stewarding.
Nodge, did you mean the away fans use the current entrance of the school end upper?

Yep - Away fans enter Ellerslie Road Blocks X and W through the current School Upper turnstiles on ER. Home fans enter both School End Upper and Lower through the current School Lower turnstiles on SAR.

        Easy.......!

Only drawback would be the siting of the coaches.....so away fans would need to be shephered around Bloemfontein Road back down SAR to meet the coaches.

I liked to think your right, as this will give us more & better accommodation for R's fans, just as the good time as starting wey hey

W & X have to be the worst area of the ground, hope they enjoy that half time crush for that bog.

When the Loft was shut and we used the School End, the away fans were put in the Paddock as the Police could get them straight to their coaches. If we change the away area we should put them in the Paddock, as they would then be surrounded and it should improve the atmosphere.

I love my seat in W and unlike some, can hold a pee in for an hour and a half.

W is ok but like Sa A block and back of b block there are a right few muppets in there that need a firm slap
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

It must be very lonely over the last few games, good view though, with no one in the way.

I sat in V for about 12 years, oh the fun trying to have a pee at half time.

I dont mind the extra space. means i dont have to sniff the back of some charlies head who hasnt showered in a week. also like the fact i dont have another idiot behind me every game commentating for the entire 90 mins and wafting their dog poo breath thoughts over me. also means i have a bit more space for my gangly legs.

can you really not hold a pee in for 45 mins?

I'd prefer the school end, so I don't have to see the scoreboard and then wouldn't be reminded of the score if we were losing.

Sir Les, it's getting harder, C block has a ginormous bog.

                          Great answer by the way

The family enclosure should be moved so that there is cover over the fans. I wouldn't bring my kids in case it rains. They would moan and I wouldn't get to enjoy the match.
