  • Slightly Concerned about 3 and Half year Deal??

For Warnock, anyone else think its too long?

I know we should stick by a manager, but surely 2 years is enough?

I dont expect us to challenge for at least 18 months so 3.5 years sounds about right

or are you going to be demanding play offs next season and if we dont get them will want him sacked ?

For god seak, just enjoy the fact we might actually be getting some stability and stop moaning for no apparent reason.

I think if we are paying compensation to get him the least we can do is offer him a decent contract. This sends a positive message to fans and Colin alike. Given the manager go round we have had of late we need stability. Just my opinion.

It will be a bit more difficult for Paladini to orchestrate a Smear Campaign via this MB if he is on a 3.5 yr deal won't it.....

If it's a 3,5 year deal it's probably a way to show the new QPR, not changing managers every 10 days..

3.5 Years! I expect this will be his last job then, pension time after this.

I think it goes along way to showing the stability and ambition that Amit has mentioned and we have craved.

Anything less than 2 and a half years just looks like we really are not comitting to a manager being in it for the long haul.

Come on Pete you can;t have it both ways ...

Too long a contract and we're stuck with him..... Or Not long enough and it shows we don't really believe in him!!!

                          Wel said mate, well said.

I don't even expect us to make the Play Offs next season. Lets see if Pete wants him sacked if we don't.

No pressure on Warnock as far as I'm concerened, take your time and get it right.

I honestly think I will give far more time than you W12 ranger.

                            I like the passionate managers

                            Holloway, Magilton and Warnock.

I don't like the boring ones, so honestly believe I will be behind WaRNOCK FOR A VERY LONG TIME, you will question me him well before me

I just hope people don't get their expectations up to much we need a massive overhaul on the playing side and it will take time for Warnock to turn things around
