Can't knock him for bouncing back so well from his personal problems.Sure,he's no role model, but he's a damn site more low profile than Cole and Terry.

How long until they start p*ssing about again and even if warnock can take control it only takes a couple of them to start up trouble again until it kicks off again.

No second chances from me. They showed their true colours and now I want them out.
All players need stability and confidence to play their best. Venger will tell you it's all about confidence. Does this not factor into your opinions? Players hear every word of abuse aimed at them on the pitch. Try doing your job with loudmouths criticising in the background.

some players will realise they now need to impress the new manager because he is the one controlling the eject button on their seats! not paladini or briatore.

(at least i friggin well hope so...)
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
          Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

They need stability to play their best I totally agree with you on that. But even in the worse circumstances they should be offering more than the 10%ish they're currently offering. All I'm saying is ultimately this debacle has hurt us fans the most and if our players of the past (IE birch gallen etc) had suffered the same off field problems I think they still would have given a t*ss.

The term 'grow a pair' applies to these players and if they're that mentally weak as a unit how are they going to succeed when in a relegation/promotion scrap that we potentially face this year and years to come
