Sterling transfer fee = Warnock compo money???

Anyone know if we got any of sterlings transfer fee up front from Liverpool?

If so it must be going towards Warnock's compensation?

Is the timing of the sterling transfer to do with Warnock's arrival? I.E. Paying for it???
