look at it like this:
going on recent years since say the promotion..
previous managers who have played "entertaining football":
- magilton
- de canio
- sousa (all be it defensive)
previous managers who have played "direct football":
- dowie
- holloway
who had better results? both statistically and from a league position perspective.Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Good God anyone who says two years ago they would have accepted Colin as manager is either a liar or a fool in a small minority ... so bringing him in for the short term I can see the benifit .. long term .. no thanks .. until its official then I will say good luck to him .. and us
but until it official .. stay away Colin W***er

Any right thinking rangers fan wants to see a rangers team playing decent football but cant see it from colin. Long and direct, percentages back to pub football at QPR just what everyone wanted.
Every time he has brought a team to LR hes got stick from the fans, now hes the messia. Its going to get old very soon as he blames everyone from the ref to the programme seller for that corner in the 3rd minute which cost us the game. Holloway always blamed everyone else as well and that peeded plenty of people off pretty quickly.
FFSdesperate times cause for desperate measures and the fact that people are excited only confirms how sorry times have become under this current regime.
Before all the neg/pos/rose coloured spectacle wearing mob rally the call ask yourself if you would have wanted a bloke like Warnock a few years ago and if you really admired the aggresiveness/uglyness and cynacism of his teams when they visited HQ.
No, thougt not.
Palace play better football than us.:drunk:

Me too,and guess I am in a minority, but I wanted Warnock before DeCanio was appointed. Primarily, because his teams score goals and often win or challenge for promotion.
I'd rather win a lot of 'ugly' games, rather than frequently play brilliant football for 70% of a match and then losing it.

A question for the question.
Whose football would you rather have watched this season (purple patch of 5 games aside) --- QPR's or Palarse?
Schimplez.
The big "why?" should be from Eagles fans --- tells me no takeover on the horizon and he's getting out while a decent contract on the table.I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
