Yeah, it's easy to give an interview and say all the right things etc.. But at least he's said something, and communicated.
But having just watched it, I have to say that was a very positive video, and I genuinely think the bloke means every word. Brilliant stuff.
Such a change from FB and his methods of running a club, and Amit Bhattia deserves the benefit of any doubt people may have about his intentions and motives.
So why don't we wait and see as we have heard it all before. Totally behind the new regime but you should let people make their own minds up for themselves and in their own time.
Yes, he's unlikely to say anything else right now isn't he, but the fact he is saying it is progress and fresh air. He clearly is enthusiastic. And the most encouraging thing I've learnt of him is he knows what he is good at and when he needs expert advice and when to leave it to the experts. Look at his sporting trust model where the professional atheletes determine the scholarships, not the financers. His role there seems to be to get the money for the experts. This is very encouraging if that model is applied to the team management. Of course the quantum will be key!!
At risk of sounding v v ignorant, has anyone heard him pronounce his own surname yet? My anglophone background would have it said as it spells phonetically so "bat-tia" (with a hard T) but asian friends tell me it is usually said using an "s" sound for the "t" so sounds more like "Bhassia" or "Bathia". Nice to know howe to say his name properly for hen I fall at his feet and adore him if this project comes off!
I think the most important thing to remember is Amit has said more to the fans in this 3 part interview than Briatore did in 2.5 years.
He is building bridges and his comments suggest's that he has probably taken the time to read Messageboards and has taken the views odf fans on (God help him if he has as well).

People will still find and pick holes as has also been suggested in this thread.Maybe as fans we are now just slightly wary of an Father Christmas kind of character!!
