We need him/someone now.In an ideal world we could wait until the summer,but with the way the results have been going lately,I don't think Harford has it in him to get the best out of the players to reach safety.

I'll be honest, I see Warnocks style similar (yet far superior) to Harfords. Warnock is a big step up from Mick and would continue the same style with better effect, hence another reason I feel Colin is the ideal candidate. Also, Colin could bring a couple of better players in right now and would have his ideas firmly in place for the next campaign.

Yes, because Flavio going has taken alot of pressure of the players.

Support is behind the players, which it wasn't a few weeks ago.

As I said, left to me I'd stick with Harford till end of season and get a new boss in the summer.

The players are just not bothered under Mick. Who could blame them after the constant chopping and changing of managers, playing styles and tactics. They know a new boss will come in so let's do it now. Give them a manager who will be in place for a long time and make them fight for there places again. The performances will improve as will results.

Agreed

The players only put a shift in last week because of the murmerings that Warnock might be coming.

Our current crop of players walk all over Harford at the moment and he knows it.

Go get him now and let him ruffle a few of their feathers between now and the start of next season. If it means getting rid of our so called stars ( Buz, Vine ) and replacing them with players who WANT TO PLAY FOR THE BADGE then I'm more than happy to go along with Mr Warnocks judgement !!
