He has no reason to walk if they do win.
TV money, FA money, gate receipts from the extra game - all enough to secure their immediate future and therefore giving him no reason to leave.
EDIT: No reason to leave this season. If they are relegated then circumstances change and he may come back on the radar in the summer.

I would take a guess that his mind is already made up. Win or lose, he knows what he will be doing from tomorrow morning.
Lots of ifs buts and maybes but with QPR having been so trigger happy when it comes to managers he may want assurances that the new owners (who aren't exactly new and could have if they wanted to controlled Flavio) won't sack him 3 months later.
