Welcome to the new improved QPR - the orange umpa lumpa has gone and whoever you are welcome.
It is a fine time to be in charge of my beloved hoops and you will have my full support.
Please put in place a proper scouting system, get the players working hard and whichever lucky individual gets to play for Rangers must honour the badge.
It is a must that going forward the badge on the front of the shirt is more important than the name on the back. This has not always been the case.
