terry ball, you made reference to the bad loans in January
Show we me where i have made reference to the bad loans in jan
Stop trying to dodge my comment. Do you agree with this post?
Pete, I agree with you on this, Champions league football was spoke about and a 4 year plan for the premiership. Very disappointing calibre of player arrived at the club and the loans have been a farce apart from maybe 3.
What I also can see is that although there has been no real outlay on transfer fees (allegedly, as most are undisclosed) as a club we have spent vast ammounts on wages, signing on fees, agents fees, bonuses and paying contracts up.
So, although the inital outlay for these players may have been zero, they would of still cost the club money.
What money have we exactly wasted? We've had peanuts to spend in the first place?
Unless, I am wrong (you can correct me), majority fans were disilussioned that Flavio did not spend big, when we were sold the promise of Premiership?champions League.
As I said, Newcastle, WBA, cardiff have spent more? Cardiff spent how much one player Chopra??
WE DON'T DISGAREE< WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE??

We agree on alot of the above but you seem to be struggling to see we have wasted money on loans, agents fees, bonuses, etc
Call me an idiot, but if you don't have money to buy a player, what can you do?
Agent fees?/
I saw a league table, where we were 1 place from bottom and another where we were near the top?? diviided by 6 months each over the year. The very fact, we haven't bought anyone will mean again on agents fee when the next table comes out we will be near the bottom?
(I can track the agent fee tables if need be, for the last two tables)
I say again what are we arguing about?

I think the argument from me was what little money we have spent we've spent badly. Money, whether it be on salaries, agent fees or transfer fees on unneccessary signings like Alberti, Tomassi and Reid is money spent badly.
Before the takeover we had a few decent players (Rowlands, Camp, Stewart and Blackstock) who would all make an 18 man squad if they were all still at the club meaning that we only needed to improve with 20 signings not 40+. Weaknesses weren't identified early enough and the constant changes in manager have meant an umbalanced squad with each new manager plus Briatore wanting different things. Whether we've spent £1m or £100m we could have spent the money better. Did we need to sign Alberti? With Ainsworth, Cook, Buzsaky, Ephraim and Ledesma the club did we really need to sign another winger?
