If he had come from an unknown Italian team we would have been demanding he was dropped after 3 of his 'performances'. A big reason why we have been failing as a club is because we spend far too long looking back and not enough time looking forward into the potential of our players and how keen these players want to play for our football club.
Watson looked very unfit, lethargic in our side and as for the low on confidence excuse the reason why we've struggled so much over such a long time is because we lost Mahon and now every centre midfielder who faces us gets a free run at our back line. Watson was brought in to break up play and to spray the ball around from deep, and at the end of the day his stamina was shocking, his passing was shocking and his effort levels in wanting to play for Queens Park Rangers was shocking.
Lets find players who really want to play for our club instead of Premier League 'has beens'. Warnock is a fantastic manager and he rarely goes for loaning premier league players if they are hungry and truly have something to prove IE Sears.
Young players with a commitment to proving themselves I want to play for the team I support, players who have been ditched from their Premier clubs with an uncommitted attitude I can do without.Comment
