Bring in at least 1 top name to show our intent.

Bring in a few experienced players certainly making up the backbone of the team.

Freeze prices or even reduce them.

Offer more discounts to loyal ST holders (and I'm not one so not looking for something for myself)

Move the away fans into part of the Ellerslie Rd stand with a 1k maximum.

Encourage some of our more vocal fans to sit adjacent the away fans, this will generate more atmosphere. At present it is hard to hear the LR and ER areas in AB and C blocks.

Sort out which stand will be a family stand, not sure which area.

Slowly bring in some of our youngsters who are highly rated.

As said before quality not quantity.

Get the return of pride and passion back to W12.

Install a manager with experience, money and leave him to it for at least a year no matter what.

I would like to see us sign players to a plan ie not just buying random players.
Specifically I think we need to sign:
A commanding keeper
A Leader to be Captain

In my opinion, if we sort those two issues out, the rest would fall into place.

then i would like to see a decent youth set up and insted of bringin in loans do what were famous for giving kids a go

in an ideal world theres no point getting rid of rammge, borowdale or stewart

all three are key players

stewart is not the best but is a fantastic defender and when he loses the weight will be better

ramage and borrowdale would be good squad players to keep and not on massif salaries

Chris Morgan is easily one of the best centre backs in the Championship. Great aerial ability, a leader on the pitch and opposition are scared to s*** of him. Would be delighted to have him on board. Good shout.

1. Clear out the deadwood agree with majority of names mentioned (why do we all know who they are yet management team don't.)

2. Clear direction in the transfer market. Young ambitous players with points to prove.

3. Youth set up set up.
