I would love to see Koki signed up on a perm…( if we can afford it!)…….thoughts??

In my opinion, he will sign, he loves it here.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I dont see why not as his contract with Lommel in Belgium expires this summer. He'll be a free agent and I doubt there'll be a huge queue to sign him.

I would love to see him sign. I think he has played an important part in several wins. He seems to have a good character and attitude and can make a difference to a game.

I think Celar, or Andersen will win goal of the season, but Koki's strike for the winning goal away at Hull really was a bit special.

Saito is definitely a very good free transfer. Not as confident that others won't be interested as sheep is.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I'm sure he'll have offers but 3 goals and 3 assists in 39 games surely means he's still within our price range? If those stats were 6 goals and 6 assists I'd be less confident of keeping him. He seems settled and im sure he'll sign for us

After a dodgy start he’s been excellent & would love him to sign if not already

I've been proven wrong about Willock so hold my hands up after a really poor season for him.

I just want to raise one question though.

If Cardiff were to get relegated which looks possible now, and you have the time to think about this if it were to happen. Would you take Willock back if he dropped his 14k a wk to say 8k a wk knowing that Marti was a manager that knew how to get a tune out of him???Let's not forget the impact he had on us when brought back into the starting lineup

No to Willock. He has the capability to be a very good player but his attitude - admittedly based on an outside assessment - appears very suspect and bringing him back him feels like it would feed into the negative aspects of that attitude. I would be far happier to build without recourse to having to accommodate anybody mentally suspect.

That's a very fair assessment Rag and I appreciate that take on it.

No for Willock from me he messed us about took a better deal and it’s not paid off live and die by life’s choices, on his day cracking player but we’ve moved on with Dembele I don’t think smyth willl be here next season imo I think we may try for Yang on a season long loan and look at using youth

Another outside perspective here, but I think we have got to sign the right characters. Re-signing a player who wanted away feels a bit risky.

The team spirit has looked really strong this year - the players look happy and genuinely connected with the fans. This is particularly surprising given that so many of them are either loan signings, or are nearing the end of their contract.

Whatever their faults Marti & co appear to have developed a very decent spirit within the squad this year.

He didn't want to be us in his last season, and even before that. He doesn't come across as a player who enjoys his football anymore. I would say his goal is to stay away from major injuries and milk football for what he can through to retirement. He's going through the motions and I'll doubt he's got the drive to be a top performer anymore. I thought extending him by that year was a huge mistake at the time, because he'd done precious little to deserve it.

It's a definate no from me and I'd be amazed if Marti wanted him back either. We could have offered that £14k that Cardiff are paying him, because there are a few of our players on the £15k mark. But CN and Marti decided that Willock wouldn't be one of them.

Why do you think Smyth won't be here?
