  • Harford Confirms It Will Be Warnock

    Egham hoop well done.

Hopefully now the spinners will realise I don't get my rumours from one source, because if I did I would be getting it right.

Mick Harford has backed Neil Warnock to be the next manager of Queens Park Rangers and revealed he would be prepared to work as his assistant.

QPR are expected to offer Crystal Palace manager Warnock the position after his side's FA Cup fifth round replay against Aston Villa on Wednesday night
      Would'nt exactly call that confirmation,Pete.

To be honest thats the problem with all these people in the so called "know" is that everything is just rumours ! That article states nothing that everyone knows all ready and we are saying it is now confirmed ! We could all look very stupid in a weeks time if warnock doesnt take over along with all the palace players people are creaming over ! what happens if it's dowie and his dodgy loans then we'll be back to where we were before Donny

This just shows that the blanket statements made by Pete and some others as if they are factual are simply rumours--until they are official. Now that slow learners like myself have finally realised this, we can enjoy reading this site safe in the knowledge that its entertaining, but that it is really much like reading 'The Sun' ie. often entertaining, often infuriating.

                  is in what egham?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Sharon Ambrose is coming to us?

I don't actually rate him to be fair(Yes, goals, goals, goals), but the void on the right needs to be filled.

I'd much rather take Clyne and Speroni in before Sharon.

Agree about Speroni and Clyne. They would sort out two areas we are particularly weak in. Ambrose is a very good midfielder but we should be clearing some of the deadwood before we add yet another midfielder to the squad. All hypothetical if Warnock doesn't end up signing I may add.

Clyne is a RB isn't he, might get shot down here but I'd bring Williams back on a free in the summer for LB. He is out of contract and to be fair in the 3 games I see him play he looked about the best LB I've seen since Rufus Brevett in a Rangers shirt.

I thought defensively he looked solid and great going forward. Ok he is no world beater but we do play in the CCC and if I'm totally honest he is the best LB I have seen all season play at LR.
