    New era, fresh start.
We shall see, if Warnock is appointed I'm sure he will be the one pulling the strings and no-one else.
As for GP no ones perfect, we'll see what materializes but with the Flav not in control no more you can sense the tide becoming positive for the remainder of the season.

So you think that with the man's crime sheet over the last 5 or so years everything should just be forgotten?

      Some people really...............

My opinion has been the same for the last 3 years and will not change - win, lose or draw.
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

Q - Do you want the fanbase to be reunited?

A - The only way any sort of healing process can begin is to get rid of the person who set out to divide it in the first place.

Cant believe it took you so long Terrence.

I for one, think GP is a smashing fellow, salt of the earth, a real rock and he is welcome to marry my sister anytime.

Paladini has been incompetent in his position as DOF and should be sacked for that alone. Doesnt matter who manager is , Paladini must have no influence at the club as it is apparent that everything he touches where football matters is concerned he ****s up. Keep him on as a meeter and greeter if you must but for fs dont let him give any advice to Bhatia or the new manager because he just not up to it. Flabio trusted him and listened to him and look where that got him, wasted all that money on wages and such for 47 players that only a handful have turned out to be any good. Add that to all his alleged dodgy dealings and you are left with a taint the club could do without. Make it a clean break, Flavio and Paladini gone and the new men in.

                  Pete,

Queen's Park Rangers has been on a downward spiral since Gianni Paladini darkened its doors. If I could be bothered, I'd list out his 'crime sheet' (although there are plenty of others out there who will do a better job than me), but can't be bothered to take the time. Suffice to say, he has proven himself incompetent at the two main jobs he has undertaken - under his Chairman-ship pre-Briatore, he:

                  - set seasons budgets only to allow the manager to break them by September, resulting in season on season losses
                  - broke league rules by getting asking for a loan from a chairman of another football club
                  - made an almighty **** up over the Padula contract
                  - took offence to an article in a great QPR fanzine and then, when offered, refused the Right of Reply he was offered

Under his Director of Football role, he
                  - has used the first bit of money and decent budget we've had in years to waste it on high wages and long contracts to get us to where we are today; no better off than when we were first taken over playing wise with over paid, under motivated players on our books and loanees who don't really care
                  - Signed nearly 50 players in three seasons to try to cover his ineptitude at the job
                  - continues to 'seed' you and others of stories in a totally unprofessional manner whilst calling a Respected ex International Player and soon to be top manager a c u next Tuesday and then orchestrating his dismissal for 'leaking sensitive information'

In any case, you have been at pains to tell us on here that the manager has always picked the players coming in, so why should Warnock coming in change that. The manager has been in sole charge all along, hasn't he?

Now, before you (and others) tell me this is boring, I AGREE; I only ever react to posts YOU start praising him. All I want is balance - he is not a saviour and he's probably not Satan either.

But, if he (and you) want him to stay around, then make sure he keeps the lowest profile possible, because when he's in the limelight, he's proven again and again that its only a matter of time before he opens his mouth and makes another gaff...

So, he's no good as a chairman and he's no good at picking players, but he is an affable, friendly chap, so, here's what the club should do. Embrace that side of him and let him meet and greet in the Corporate areas on match day. DO NOT (as others have suggested is already happening) let him anywhere near the dug out during match day or anywhere near the training ground when the players are training.

As said elsewhere, let's just sit back and watch how things develop - you (and others) stop posting praising Paladini and telling us all how perfect he is; I (and others) won't react to your rubbish and therefore won't post about him and then we'll see where we get to; deal?

Well said Davman, unfortunatley Petes half a celebrity status and Gianni Paladini's position at QPR are intwined so your well constrcuted response will no doubt fall on death ears.

That was Briatore - Russell is his man and he was the one that believed £20 mug punters were not entitled to an opinion - despite the fact it is our club not his. Therefore, your Q&A Do you want = yes and off we go.
To answer the original question by QBP - don't be daft that simply won't happen.
Get rid of GP, Bernie and absolutely everyone else and there will be a new target

two things quickly which throws a few opinions up in the air but its a fair point

                          1. what happens if palace win in the fa cup? he will most likely want another couple of weeks to decide his future with palace.
2.what happens if palace start doing well off the back of the cup win?

imo the answer to the 2 above is simple warnock will stay and become palace legend

now the next point is dowie ive said this but no one has commented on it so far, am i that far away from reality this cant be valid....
...dowie got sacked late 2008 its early 2010 im not sure of his contract must be at least 3 yrs though.....
....so put ureself in his boots....
...ure getting payed (payed off for getting sacked as qpr manager) till late 2010 and your working on sky sports casualy talking about footy....
... are you going to stop free money coming to your door to go back to where it all started????

hes custhie he aint going to get off his #### in no rush!

So if Warnock does get the job, when will we hear it officially?
It seems they only post on the main site when they get into the office in the morning and last thing before they leave each evening, not as and when, must be busy selling tickets etc. :laughter:

Cannot believe we have fans who judge a character through hearsay. The new board are NOT tied into any contracual agreement to make GP chairman. I trust in their decision making process and lets see what happens.

If we believed half the things we read on the internet, he would have been gone long ago.

Terry, you made comment on Auditors? I presume they found nothing > as I doubt GP would have been promoted?
